Graphic / Media / Communication Designer*

To strengthen our Corporate Branding team, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a Graphic / Media / Communication Designer* with a focus on Print, Digital & Audiovisual Media. In everything we do, we focus on how we can use our expertise to shape the global brand identity and presence of the uniqueness of BAADER and its associated brands. You will play a key role in supporting these efforts while protecting their vivid heritage. Zu Ihren künftigen Aufgaben gehören:

  • You will help BAADER to be at the forefront of corporate design. You will support the team in the continuous creation, optimization and provision of specifications and templates using the Adobe Cloud.
  • To ensure we are always on the cutting edge, you will be actively involved in the maintenance and development of our corporate design and the creation of style guides and their implementation in our brand portal.
  • From concept to finished layout, you'll be part of the design process and the source of creative ideas!
  • Within our visual language, you will research, select, and retouch images.
  • Close communication with external service providers, colleagues and your own team is essential - you will be keeping everyone up to date with the latest developments.
  • You will be a point of contact for all corporate design and branding related activities.

Diese professionellen und persönlichen Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

  • You have a degree in communication design, a completed apprenticeship in media design or a comparable qualification.
  • You already have some work experience in the field of graphic design.
  • You are as familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud tools as you are with the MS Office tools you use every day. Knowledge of 3D and video editing would be an advantage
  • You are experienced in working with brand elements and using them in different applications.
  • You can easily develop creative approaches in print and online with a view to cross-media transfer.
  • You are business fluent in English and German. If you have any other foreign language skills, that would be ideal.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly proactive, service-oriented, reliable, structured and organized and enjoys working in a team
