The Job

At BAADER Food Systems Denmark A/S, we are looking for a technical writer for a maternity leave substitute posi-tion who can contribute to the development of our technical documentation. The profile we seek will be responsi-ble for preparing technical documentation such as manuals, sales texts, technical specifications, and work in-structions for existing and newly developed machines. You will become part of our global documentation team and will work closely with our other documentation employees across borders to ensure that our technical docu-mentation complies with customer and regulatory requirements.

 

 

Your future tasks will include:

The daily responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and maintenance of a wide range of technical documentation, including manuals and technical specifications in accordance with applicable legislation in close collaboration with the rest of the D&E department, installation and service team, and other relevant parts of the organization.
  • Developing and maintaining templates and guidelines in collaboration with other documentation employees.
  • Coordinating the preparation of technical documentation with our foreign subsidiaries.
  • Conducting machine verification inspections in production to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

Your qualifications, experience and personal skills:

We are looking for someone with a background as a cand.ling.merc. in English or similar. In addition, we value the following qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Machinery Directive and its requirements for a manual.
  • Familiarity with SAP would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English in both written and spoken communication (English is the corporate language).
