Business Application Expert Sales/Service

To strengthen our global project team, we are looking for you as a Business Application Expert Sales/Service. You will contribute to BAADER`s S4/HANA transformation programm across the global organization supporting sales and service business together with the global process owner.

Your future tasks will include:

  • You will identify and document As-Is and further design To-Be business processes and their application-side execution on a global level. Ensuring that To-Be processes match in line with S4/HANA and the CRM standards as much as possible, especially in regards of data and transactions to be used.
  • Build up future system architecture for Sales and Service Key process areas with S4/HANA, the CRM Platform and all surrounding applications as a basis for global standard and subject to implementation at all BAADER entities is your key responsibility.
  •  As a CRM Subject Matter Expert you play a pivotal role in managing end user expectations and provide supportfor key users and the global Process Owner in all relevant matters.
  • Furthermore, participation in projects and contributing to its successful completion is essential, such as Sales/Service Order processing, Field Service Management, et.al.
  • You will be responsible for a consistent application and architecture implementation in the business unit and local IT organization globally.

Your qualifications, experience and personal skills:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • In your career you already gained know how of respective business processes and usage of applications/software/data objects in one or several major Sales and/or Service processes such as Order Management, Contract Management, Field Service Management, Sales Pipeline Management and Dasboards, et.al.
  • In addition, you have experience in IT/SAP and/or CRM projects, and you know the structure of SAP ERP systems and / or CRM Platforms and how they work together.
  • You also have comprehensive knowledge of the business processes in the respective specialist area as well as basic knowledge in the neighboring specialist areas. You have learned to make decisions and model processes.
  • You are motivated and good at motivating others. Change is something you embrace along with an assertive personality. You are open to learning and adapting and a will to compromise.
  • Empathetic communication at all levels is one of your strengths.
  • A process-oriented way of thinking is part of your personality. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work result-oriented are part of your personal skills.
  • You have a very good command of the English language.
